What’s your role at PairSoft, and what does it entail?

I’m an Account Executive here at PairSoft. I assist companies in evaluating PairSoft’s offerings to see if our software solutions are a fit. After a quick high-level chat about current processes, requirements, and possible frustrations, I help provide demonstrations.

Which city are you based out of, and what’s your favorite thing to do during weekends there?

I live outside of Austin, TX — Northwest Travis County, to be specific. There is so much to do on the weekends. Sometimes you can find me on Lake Travis, In Austin at a standup show, or eating BBQ with friends and family.

How did you first get into account management in the SaaS space?

When I was younger, I was given advice from a mentor to pick a career that “wasn’t goin’ anywhere,” so the tech industry became my focus. After some time working at larger tech companies, I realized that I liked working with finance and accounting teams. Learning about their challenges and solving those problems can be a quick way to increase efficiency in any business.

What do you think is the number one thing people should know about the SaaS industry?

It has allowed organizations to provide business tools to their teams with very little resources other than a login. If you are struggling to achieve work goals, there’s probably a SaaS solution out there that can help.

What do you find to be one of the most innovative aspects of PairSoft as an organization?

PairSoft is a very modern company with a clear goal of providing the best procure-to-pay solutions for businesses around the world. One aspect I like is that we are a virtual company. Most if not all employees are free to work wherever they are. As someone who likes to be in wide open spaces, that’s good news.

Someone has hit the ‘Reset’ button on your life and allowed you to choose any career possible. What do you choose?

Elvis impersonator.

And finally: You’re given an unlimited budget for a vacation this summer. Where are you going and why?

Unlimited budget, I’m going everywhere. I have traveled a lot in my life, and it becomes addicting. I’d like to see as much of this world as possible.
