Offering members a high-quality fitness experience, Planet Fitness franchise PF Michigan Group Michigan, provides clients a welcoming, non-intimidating workout environment called the Judgement Fee Zone®.

Although locations are independently owned, they are part of nearly 2,000 locations within the Planet Fitness family.

The Challenge

With rapid growth, PF Michigan Group was originally using a cloud management system supported by a smaller company.

They ran into challenges that were ever increasing with growth as the solution could not accommodate their volume of accounts payable transactions.

There were also issues with technical support due to the software company having high turnover.

Trying to resolve technical issues got to the point where they were started to effect operations and knew they had to look for a solution that would help them achieve their goal of a paperless accounts payable department.

The Solution

What drew them to DocuPeak is that it’s tight integration with their existing Intacct. Along with the capabilities to accommodate growth,

DocuPeak was customized for their portal that streamlines data entry for AP invoices.
