Claire brings more than 25 years of enterprise software experience to PairSoft, where she oversees professional services, support, and customer success. Her focus: the end-to-end experience of every customer in the Office of the CFO, from implementation through long-term partnership.
Most recently, Claire consulted with start-ups on their customer strategy. Before that, she spent 11 years at UKG in both EMEA and North America, driving professional services and partner delivery strategy. She’s passionate about building high-performing global teams that put customers and their needs first, using innovation and automation to deliver an exceptional experience. She’s bringing that valuable focus and energy to PairSoft customers.
Vijay brings more than 20 years of enterprise software experience to PairSoft, where he’ll oversee our product and engineering teams as they build the next generation of agentic solutions for the Office of the CFO.
Most recently, Vijay led teams across the U.S., Europe, and India at Model N, delivering industry-leading solutions and driving the company’s SaaS transition strategy. Before that, he spent a decade at SAP leading product development for cloud solutions. He’s passionate about building high-performing product and technology teams that center the customer and keep innovation at the heart of everything they build, and he’s excited to bring that energy to PairSoft.
Kim joins PairSoft as Chief Marketing Officer with more than 25 years of experience in brand strategy, demand generation, and marketing operations. She most recently served as CMO at BetterCloud, and before that as VP of Global Marketing at Skytap.
Throughout her career, Kim has helped brands grow by unifying their messaging across expanding product portfolios and turning marketing strategy into measurable business results. She’s passionate about building high-performing marketing teams that connect customers with solutions that improve their daily work and help them reach their business goals. At PairSoft, she’ll bring that brand-building expertise to telling our story and our customers’ stories, to finance leaders globally.
